Kickboxing is a high energy workout that not only benefits participants physically, but also mentally and emotionally.  Students will work on cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, timing, and coordination.  Many participants also report feeling more confident, better able to protect themselves, and a release of stress and aggression.

We are lucky to have a martial arts and fitness facility near our school that specializes in kickboxing.  They are extremely gracious to us and host us regularly for free.
