Please feel free to contact me if you have information, lessons, or ideas on how to make PE more enjoyable for young females.  And remember; although this site is dedicated to  female-friendly PE ideas; many lessons and ideas will work for male students, as well as elementary students!

About Me

My name is Karli and I am a physical education teacher, yoga instructor, pilates instructor, and hiking enthusiast located on Vancouver Island, Canada.  I am passionate about getting female students engaged in physical activity and wellness, and have created several female-friendly PE courses at my school: Women’s PE 11/12, Outdoor Education 11/12, and Yoga 11/12.
